Welcome all goalies, male and female! From beginners to more advanced keepers. Goalie only clinics are to help keepers learn the basics skills to help elevate their game. This camp will help provide fundamental skills so that any goalie will be able to handle any situation, from strokes, being down on the ground, aerials, to communication and everything in between. This goalie only camp was designed to give all goalies the confidence to learn about themselves instead of focusing on the next field player drill. All drills are created to establish muscle memory by using repetition. This allow goalies to focus on one set skill at a time to better enhance their level of play.
